How it works

 

 

From rough to polished diamonds, every stage follows standardized processes to

ensure consistent quality, precise specifications, and dependable delivery.

 

Step 1
Rough Diamond Sorting
Rough lab-grown diamonds are screened based on size, shape, color, clarity, and internal characteristics. The screening results provide a basis for subsequent cutting planning and processing.
Step 2
3D Scanning & Cut Planning
The rough lab-grown diamond is scanned and mapped to evaluate its structure, shape, and internal characteristics. Based on this analysis, the cutting orientation, target polished shape, and yield plan are defined to improve finished value and processing efficiency.
Step 3
Laser Cutting
Based on the cut plan, laser sawing and initial shaping are carried out to form the basic outline of the intended polished shape, such as round, oval, princess, emerald, and other shapes.
Step 4
Polishing
Precise faceting and polishing are carried out to achieve the final proportions, symmetry, fire, and brilliance of the diamond. This step plays a key role in shaping the finished diamond's visual performance and commercial value.
Step 5
Inspection & Grading
Finished lab-grown diamonds are inspected for carat weight, measurements, color, clarity, cut quality, appearance, and surface condition. Grading and certificate support can be provided based on customer requirements.
Step 6
Packaging & Delivery
Finished diamonds are cleaned, sorted, labeled, and packaged according to order requirements, followed by final pre-delivery verification to ensure clear product information, accurate specifications, and reliable delivery.
