Quality Built on Standards, Expertise, and Traceability
From diamond growth and rough diamond selection to cutting, polishing, grading, and final shipment, HN LGD TC. follows a standardized quality control process and apply IGI diamond grading standards for consistent quality evaluation. Through inspection review, batch verification, and traceable records, we control consistency across color, clarity, measurements, shape, and overall appearance, ensuring stable and reliable quality for every order.
We have also jointly developed a lab-grown diamond education system with IGI-related training institutions. Supported by an industry-level service platform connecting 166 lab-grown diamond enterprises across China, we continue to strengthen inspection professionalism, quality communication, and supply credibility for global buyers.

How We Ensure Lab-Grown Diamond Quality
From seed control and diamond growth to cutting, grading, and final shipment, every step is managed through clear quality standards and inspection procedures.

We screen, match, and manage diamond seed crystals and growth materials by batch to establish a stable growth foundation and support consistent crystal quality, color performance, transparency, and internal structure.

We monitor growth conditions, process parameters, and crystal status throughout the growth process to support stable color performance, controlled internal characteristics, and consistent crystal quality.

After growth, rough lab-grown diamonds are screened by size, shape, color, clarity, transparency, and internal characteristics to support cut planning, grade estimation, and order matching.

We scan and analyze each rough lab-grown diamond to evaluate internal characteristics, cutting orientation, and weight retention potential. Based on the results, we define the target shape, cutting plan, and processing path to improve finished value and processing efficiency.

We control cut proportions, measurements, shape, symmetry, and surface finish throughout cutting, shaping, and polishing to ensure finished diamonds meet order specifications and appearance requirements.

Finished lab-grown diamonds are inspected and graded for color, clarity, carat weight, cut, measurements, fluorescence, appearance, and surface condition to ensure accurate and consistent quality evaluation.

Before shipment, we review order specifications, quantities, packaging labels, and batch records, then sort and pack the diamonds securely according to order requirements to ensure accurate, safe, and traceable delivery.
Certification & Compliance Support
We support grading certificates, inspection reports, and related documents from recognized institutions such as IGI, GIA, GIL, AGL, and NGTC. For certified diamonds, we verify certificate numbers, laser inscriptions, and stone information to ensure accurate report-to-stone matching.
Supporting documents, including specification sheets, inspection records, packing lists, and invoices, are also available to assist buyers with inspection, procurement review, distribution, and sales management.

After-Sales Quality Support
We provide timely after-sales support for quality-related concerns. Based on order
records, testing data, and product details, we help buyers review inspection
results, certificate matching, and bulk order consistency.
Specification Review
We help buyers review diamond measurements, shape, color, clarity, carat weight, and order specifications.
Certificate-to-Diamond Matching
For certified diamonds, we check certificate numbers, laser inscriptions, and diamond details to ensure the certificate matches the corresponding diamond.
Quality Concern Response
If questions arise about product quality, quantity, or batch consistency, we review inspection records and order details to support clear communication and proper resolution.
